4Days tour from the Paradise of Agadir to the Largest Desert Erg-Chegaga

In brief:

Four days, a journey starts from charm city of Agadir also known as the paradise to the big dunes of Desert Erg Chegaga. Passing by: Taliouin, the famous Kasbah “Ait Benhadou”, Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa), Erg Chegage via Zagoura and Mhamid El-Ghizlane road. Then we drive back to Agadir via Anti Atlas. Along the journey, you will be in love with the Moroccan Desert, visits the most attractive sightseeing in the regions, knowing the Berber culture through your visits to their small villages, and taste the Moroccan delicious recipes.

DAY 1 : Agadir – Taliouin – Kasbah Ait Benhadou – Ouarzazazte

Our tour starts from Agadir to the south of Morocco via the road of Kasbahs crossing the capital Safran (plant gold) Taliouine. Stop at rest-place on the road before we continue to the village of Taznakhte which known with its carpets. After lunch in that site, then we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhadou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Around the afternoon, we drive to the African Studio “Ouarzazate”; thousands of world cinematic works took place here such as the famous serial Game of Thron. Dinner and overnight in the latter.

DAY 2 : Ouarzazate – Agdz – Zagora – Mhamid – Erg Chegaga

In the morning we drive to the great Moroccan desert and the Erg Chegaga passing by the Tizi-N-Tifntit (1760m). Then, we continue to reach the city of Agdz, providing an awesome view of the Draa Valley. Along the latter, we will reach the village of Afraa where we will have a stop at Tamgroute here he can enjoy the Koranic library, the underground Kasbah and the pottery. Next, we will continue our tour trip in the desert. Arrival at Mhamid El-Ghizlane where we will have our lunch. Around the afternoon, we will be at Erg Chegaga dunes, but before we will cross over Erg hamada de Draa then visit the sacred oasis. Camp in the Erg Chegaga dunes with dinner and overnight enjoying the traditional Sahar’s music.

DAY 3 : Erg Chegaga – Lake Iriqui – Lmadwar Desert – Foum Zguid – Tata

At that day, departure for Tata through the ancient path of Paris-Dakar and the dry lake of Iriqui, passing by the panoramic view of the Moroccan desert of Colorado, then we arrive at Foum Zguid. Later, continue to Tata through the oasis of Aguinane. Overnight and dinner at one of the beautiful hotels/riads in the Berber city Tata.

DAY 4 : Tata – Ighrm – Anti Atlas – Oasis Tiout – Agadir

Day four supposed to be our last tour day, we drive back to Agadir via the oasis of Tiout d’Ighrm, located over the anti-atlas road, enjoying the beauty of its landscapes. Stop and lunch in the oasis of Tioute at a local traditional restaurant. Then, we will continue our visits and this time to Taroudant “the oldest in the region, it’s a Berber town”, we will discover the site after that we continue our trip towards Agadir. Around the afternoon, our journey ended at the planed site.
