From Marrakesh To Essaouira

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your riad/hotel and drive toward Essaouira. On the way, we’ll stop to take pictures of the cloven-hoofed goats who climb up the argan tree, a prickly and thorny tree, which produces small yellowish flowers and a small fruit.

We continue on,  to arrive in  Essaouira, a resort town on the west coast of Morocco. And here, you’ll see the little blue boats returning each day with their daily catch.

You’ll stroll around the harbor, take in the fresh seafood stalls and  pick out your lunch- fresh fish, cooked on the spot. The Essaouira medina is great shopping spot. There’s plenty of room to wander around, to get a feel for their culture and to hunt for  fabulous for souvenirs- food, spices,  and Moroccan clothes.

In the late afternoon, we’ll drive back to Marrakesh to your hotel.
