Welcome to our website. By booking a tour, day trip, activity, airport transfer, or private transfer with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your reservation request and send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Some tours or services may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Please ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, including travel dates, pickup locations, flight details (for airport transfers), and the number of passengers.


2. Payment

We offer flexible payment options depending on the service booked.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is usually paid on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made in cash (Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, US Dollars, or British Pounds, subject to exchange rates) or by another agreed payment method.

  • Any applicable bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may result in the loss of the deposit.

  • No-shows or cancellations after the service has started are non-refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


4. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability, guide availability, and operational schedules.

Additional charges may apply if the requested changes involve extra distance, additional passengers, or upgraded services.


5. Airport Transfers

For airport pickup services, please provide accurate flight information during booking.

We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times in case of delays. If your flight number changes after booking, it is your responsibility to inform us promptly.

For airport drop-off services, customers should allow sufficient travel time to reach the airport before their flight departure.


6. Private Transfers

Our private transfer service provides direct transportation between cities, airports, hotels, riads, train stations, and other agreed locations.

Reasonable stops for rest, refreshments, or photographs can be arranged during longer journeys upon request.

Additional stops or route changes not agreed in advance may incur extra charges.


7. Tours and Excursions

Tour itineraries are planned carefully; however, they may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes while ensuring the overall quality of the experience.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location.

  • Carrying valid passports and travel documents where required.

  • Following safety instructions provided by drivers and guides.

  • Respecting local customs, traditions, and cultural sites.

  • Informing us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements before the tour.


9. Children

Children are welcome on our tours and transfers.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the service.

Child seats may be available upon request. Please inform us in advance if one is required.


10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, personal belongings, and other unforeseen events.


11. Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and comfort, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service, where permitted by applicable law.


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Political unrest

  • Road closures

  • Transportation strikes


13. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for processing your reservation and providing our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver your booked service or where required by law.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of our company unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.


15. Acceptance of These Terms

By booking any tour, excursion, airport transfer, private transfer, or travel service through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
