3days from Marrakech to Fes

DAY 1

Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Kasbahs – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges

We in marrakechdays for tour excursions, we depart our trip from Marrakech, in the morning, driving to reach the Dades Gorges. On our way, we will cross the High Atlas (the road of high mountains), the Tizin’Tichka; next, we will cross over several Berber villages that are in the region. Continuing over Ouarzazate, crossing the valley of Roses (in Kalat Megouna, known with roses products) later, our trip will reach the Dades Gorge of which the “road of the thousand kasbahs ” starts. Night and dinner at the hotel.

DAY 2

Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

After having the breakfast. You will drive to the Todra Gorge, which is known with its awesome canyon walls of more than 200 meters, where you can enjoy a walk around and you can experience climbing if you like with an experienced climber. Then, you depart for the desert through the road of Tafilalet(city of plam). Arriving to the hotel on the dunes on foot, where you can enjoy the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, you will attend breathtaking views on this desert land. You will experience the camel trekking with a professional camel rider who will be waiting for us, about an hour and a half of camel riding in the sand dunes to the heart of the desert, to see the panoramic view of the sunset in the evening. Continuing our night in the sand dunes enjoying the Berber music of drums and guitars with dinner and mint-tea. Desert sky is magical.

DAY 3

Merzouga – Rissani – Errachidia – Azrou – Fez

Wake up in the morning to attend the beautiful sunrise above high dunes, having the Moroccan breakfast in the desert then, we will ride camel back to Merzouga’s village. After that, we will leave to Fes, via the path of the Middle Atlas Mountains crossing the Talghoumt Pass, where you can see nomadic shepherds herding their goats. Then, we will arrive to the largest forest in Morocco called Cedar Forest, which is located in the city of Azrou, also it is home for the Barbarian monkeys. Later, our trip will be continued to Ifrane or “Moroccan Switzerland” because its look like a Swiss alpine resort. Around the afternoon our trip will reach the last station the intellectual capital ‘Fes’. Night here.
